Daytona Homes Office
Looking to centralize their office location, Daytona Homes management requested ARFAi to renovate an existing basement in a building they already owned. The mandate was to open up two underground courtyards with exterior stairs going to doors below ground to access the spaces. The new openings for the doors provided the basement with plenty of daylight, and a 'borrowed light' principle was employed to bring light into all the offices through these new underground openings. The result was a bright and open work space, excellent for collaboration and creativity.
