Daytona Homes Condos

This project is a community phase which consists of a collection of 4-, 5-, 7-, and 8-plex townhouse units ranging in value and complexity. The units range in size and type from 950 SF two-bedroom to 1,400 SF with three-bedroom complete with double car garages. The broad range of unit types within the community phase allows for the inclusion of various family dynamics and adds diversity and dimensionality to the community.
