Lofts on the Bow

The beautiful town of Cochrane, AB provided a beautiful residential site along the river's edge. Timko Developments Inc. had the opportunity to acquire the property, and with the help of ARFAi, completed a multi-phase development plan. Through perseverance and dedication, the project became a success on all fronts. The project's rustic details make them some of the more desirable condos in the area.

In 2008, Western Canada experienced an economic downturn just as the project was commencing. The entire team experienced the cooling of the building industry as neighbouring job sites stopped work. The team continued work on the project as the lenders visited the site to assess the situation in the Calgary area. Through a time of economic uncertainty, Lofts on the Bow progressed to completion. To this day, the entire team attributes the success of the project to supernatural providence.

Visitors are welcomed by the spacious multi-level lobby. The massive water wall feature was built by one of the original owners. The project backs onto a nature reserve; the U-shaped design provides a peaceful microclimate to capitalize on the location. The large patio area has many outdoor visiting areas.

Lofts on the Bow is a stunning application of the Canadiana foothills architecture. The project captures the eye of many Albertans who are making their retirement home in this cabin-style residence.
