Tiered Condo

This design was developed as a concept to build a condo out of modular components. Each block was set to specific dimensions and stacked to align in various configurations on each level. A parkade anchors the building with living or work spaces accessible to the street level around it. The levels up are accessed with stairs and elevator on the exterior of the modules. Courtyards were set between modules to allow for protected outdoor transitioning through the building, as well as rooftop living spaces for residents to enjoy their outdoor environment. The exterior blends all these spaces together in a way that is attractive and inviting, while concealing the modularity behind.
